Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict

This is one of my favorite dishes. Instead of spending $16 dollars at a restaurant, I decided to learn how to make it myself and modified some ingredients to make it little healthier.



Ingredients

  • 1 Whole Wheat English Muffin

  • 2 tablespoons, Red Pepper Hummus

  • 1 Tomato

  • Half, Avocado

  • 1 Egg

  • 3 oz, Smoked Salmon

  • 1 teaspoon, Everything Bagel Seasoning

The Process

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a small sized pot.

  2. Stir the water until the water creates a whirlpool. Crack the egg into the whirlpool until the egg whites are wrapped around the yoke. Cook roughly 2 minutes

  3. Lightly toast the English muffin and spread the hummus onto the base and place the smoked salmon on top

  4. Slice the tomato and place both the tomato and avocado on top of the Salmon.

  5. Place the egg on top and season with Everything Bagel Seasoning

  6. Enjoy

This smoked salmon eggs benedict recipe sounded delicious and perfect for a special breakfast. I enjoy trying new recipes, and during a busy term I used Write My computer science Assignment while still making time for cooking. Good food can make even ordinary days feel a little more special. I really liked how the post explained smoked salmon eggs benedict in a simple way, especially the mix of salmon, poached eggs, and hollandaise that makes it feel like a special brunch.  It reminded me of a weekend when I tried cooking something similar but got stuck with timing, so I even searched for do my online exam while rushing between tasks. In the end, I learned that slowing down in the kitchen actually makes the food turn out better and more enjoyable.
