This is one of my favorite dishes. Instead of spending $16 dollars at a restaurant, I decided to learn how to make it myself and modified some ingredients to make it little healthier.
1 Whole Wheat English Muffin
2 tablespoons, Red Pepper Hummus
3 oz, Smoked Salmon
1 teaspoon, Everything Bagel Seasoning
Boil 2 cups of water in a small sized pot.
Stir the water until the water creates a whirlpool. Crack the egg into the whirlpool until the egg whites are wrapped around the yoke. Cook roughly 2 minutes
Lightly toast the English muffin and spread the hummus onto the base and place the smoked salmon on top
Slice the tomato and place both the tomato and avocado on top of the Salmon.
Place the egg on top and season with Everything Bagel Seasoning
