Smoked Salmon Egg White Scramble

  • 2 oz. Smoked Salmon

  • 4 Egg Whites

  • 1/4 cup , Sweet Peppers

  • 1 Roma Tomato

  • Tablespoon Red Onion

The Process

  1. Turn stove to medium heat and warm a medium sized skillet with a dash of cooking spray or olive oil

  2. Dice the tomato, sweet peppers and red onion and mix all with the egg whites in a small bowl

  3. Dump all ingredients into the heated skillet and cook until eggs are to your liking

  4. Serve on a plate or bowl, and place the smoked salmon on top

  5. Enjoy!
